Standard SaaS Terms of Service
By accessing or using Lifehut Workspace ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before accessing the software services.
Business / Business Owners and team administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activity under a workspace account remains the legal responsibility of the organization owner.
Workspace plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) provide specific capacity limits regarding client portals, active projects, and storage allocation. Failure to maintain active billing may lead to workspace suspension.
You agree not to upload malicious software, violate intellectual property rights of third parties, or attempt unauthorized reverse-engineering of Lifehut Workspace components.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for cloud synchronization. Maintenance schedules or critical infrastructure patches will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.
Clear & Fair Subscription Billing Terms
At Lifehut Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality ERP tools for contracting businesses. This Refund Policy outlines how subscription payments and refunds are handled.
If you encounter technical issues or service unavailability within 7 days of upgrading your subscription plan, you may submit a refund review request.
Monthly plan charges are billed in advance for 30-day billing periods. Requests made after 7 calendar days from the billing date are non-refundable, but your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Yearly plans offer discounted rates. Pro-rated refund reviews are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 14 days of original activation.
To request a refund review, send your workspace email, transaction reference (Razorpay Payment ID), and reason to [email protected] . Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days back to the original payment source.
